The Miracosta Latin Jazz Ensemble is a dynamic musical ensemble that performs some of the most exciting and intricate repertoire in the Latin Jazz idiom. Comprised of four trumpets, three trombones, five saxes, bass. piano, congas, timbales and drums. The ensemble generates a sound that is unique and energetic. Under the musical direction of Mario Gonzales who has performed and recorded with some of Latin Jazz most acclaimed  and renowned artists. The diversity in the ensembles members reflects a necessary balance that exhibits itself in the individual and creative realm.
