Mario Gonzales is a native of North County born in Escondido California and raised in San Marcos California. Mario Gonzales graduated from San Marcos  High School in 1991 and soon after graduating went on tour. In 1999 Mario Gonzales was excepted to CAL ARTS and moved to Los Angeles were he became an Integral part of the music scene. While attending College Mario participated in numerous recordings for major record labels  and tapings of many major network television shows. Mario graduated CAL ARTS in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Studies and a Masters Degree in Orchestral/Classical studies.  Mario now enjoys working as a producer for his production company GStudios where he develops and prepares young artists for the music industry. In addition he continues to work as a studio musician for movie and television and still finds the time to book live gigs.
